Introduction to Bread

We aim to give you the knowledge and confidence to recreate some lovely loaves at home. You will make a delicious selection of four different types of bread using a selection of organic flours, and learn about the fundamentals of bread making.

While our loaves are proving or baking you will enjoy a lovely light lunch (with bread!) and a glass of wine.

You will go home with bags of baked goodies to share. On the course you will make a richly seeded soda bread, the perfect white tin, an Italian focaccia and an enriched dough.
