Summer Canapes
Join our professional team to learn how to make four delicious canapes alongside a couple of gorgeous drinks perfect for a summer gathering. This is a hands on class with some demonstration only elements and you will make your very own platter of canapes with a partner to sample at the end.
Summer Sushi
Using sashimi grade fish, we will make three types of sushi, as well as pork and ginger gyozas to create a beautiful presentation platter of sushi and dumplings to be enjoyed with a glass of wine at the end of the class. All ages welcome, under 18’s to be accompanied by an adult.
Pasta Masterclass
Experience a palpable sense of accomplishment on this hands-on workshop.
Starting with coffee and homemade cake, you'll master traditional Italian methods to make three types of pasta and sauces. It’s a great social experience with a lot of learning, professional demos, and wine with the meal.
Introduction to Bread
We aim to give you the knowledge and confidence to recreate some lovely loaves at home. You will make a delicious selection of four different types of bread using a selection of organic flours, and learn about the fundamentals of bread making.
Christmas Canapes
This hands-on class includes a mix of guided cooking and demonstration, with plenty of tips and techniques to take into your own kitchen. You’ll work together to create a beautiful platter of canapés to enjoy at the end of the evening.

Teens Sushi - SOLD OUT
A fantastic opportunity to get creative this Easter and make your own platter of sushi. Teens will try their hand at Maki rolls, Uramaki, and lots of crimping of hot pork and ginger or veggie gyozas and making their own dipping sauces.
Kids Pasta - SOLD OUT
A fantastic opportunity for your children to experience a half day being creative in the kitchen with no washing up! All tuition from classically trained chefs. This class is designed for any age (tweens and teens welcome), but we do set a minimum age of 9. A great opportunity to do something with your sibling too.
