Teens will get the chance to make a creative and vibrant spring sushi platter for lunch including maki rolls, uramaki, and lots of hot veggie or pork and ginger gyozas with dipping sauces. With full demonstrations from our teaching chefs, they will find the confidence and inspiration to create their own rolls with a huge selection of veggie, fish and meat fillings. There are always some delights to take home to share with family, this class is a fantastic bit of creative and social fun.
