A day of seasonal cooking, learning lots of new technique and making a full feast for lunch. They will all make something delicious to take home to share.
Aimed at a creative keen cook who wants to spend the day doing something new - with no washing up!
This class will include making the perfect pub food - homemade scotch eggs (sausage rolls for those who don’t want to make scotch eggs) with winter slaw, homemade mayonnaise and a box of homemade mince pies to take home.
All classes include an element of knife skills and the use of food processors and machinery.
No previous experience is necessary but a keen interest in cooking really helps. The class is small and sociable, to ensure plenty of hands on learning as well as help. The staff to student ratio is high, often with two trained chefs on site.
There will be a few breaks in the garden in nice weather or on the sofas if not so nice.
This class is aimed at tweens and teens (secondary school), contact me if you are unsure.
£85 Per Person.
