The pasta workshop starts with a homemade cake and a welcome chat about the menu and techniques.
Next we set about making our pasta doughs using traditional italian methods. While we rest the doughs we will make a familiar sauce and then cut our pasta to Tagliatelle ribbons, before sitting down to a feast for lunch. There may be some knife work, but this is at the discretion of the teaching chef.
This class is a super opportunity to socilise, to be digital free, to get creative and to have a delicious lunch of your own making. If the weather is nice, we will eat outside.
