Summer Baking - Kids

Cinnamon and cardamon buns to take home, as well as homemade cheese Scones, dips and crudities for a light lunch.

The baking workshop starts with a homemade cake and a welcome chat about the menu and techniques.

Next we set about making our enriched dough, learning about flour and kneading. While we rest the dough we will make a classic cheese scone mix, cut our scones and bake them ready for lunch. We will make a selection of homemade dips, learn some basic knife skills to portion crudities and then sit down to a light lunch. The knife work is at the discretion of the teaching chef.

This class is a super opportunity to socilise, to be digital free, to get creative and to have a delicious lunch and take home bags of goodies for your family. If the weather is nice, we will eat outside.
