Using sashimi grade fish, we will make three types of sushi, as well as pork and ginger gyozas to create a beautiful presentation platter of sushi and dumplings to be enjoyed with a glass of wine at the end of the class. All ages welcome, under 18’s to be accompanied by an adult.
This is a popular present idea - vouchers can be supplied.
£150 per pair.
An extra child can join for an additional fee if bookings and space allows.
